Job Description

The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.

In this role you will:

+ Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance.

+ Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution.

+ Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases.

+ Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues.

+ Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods.

+ Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries. Report monthly regarding aging invoices.

+ Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.

+ Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

+ Comfort and willingness to communicate issues to leadership in order to drive an improved customer experience.

+ Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

+ Minimum one year’s related work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred.

+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

+ Basic CRM skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve.

+ Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.

+ Willingness to learn new tasks and flexibility to support other areas of the business as needed
