    Description

    Reporting to the Corporate Director, Resource Planning and Leadership Engagement, the Program Coordinator supports programs, engagements, budgeting, and projects for the Office of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs.

    Event Communications and Ticketing, Leadership Prep

    + Coordinate ticketing and communications for attendees at EVPHA events, including engagement opportunities, such as the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Tour Championship, and Atlanta Braves

    + Coordinate EHC/EVPHA sponsorships through administrative coordination of payments, distribution of event information/tickets, submission of advertisements, keeping attendee lists (where relevant), etc.

    + Prepare Leadership Briefings on attendees to share in advance of events or engagements.

    Corporate Partners Program

    + Supporting Corporate Giving program through tracking of annual sponsors and levels, creating opportunity lists and distributing communications, supporting breakfasts and events, coordinating hospital tours and other benefits.

    Program Support

    + Partner with the Director, Leadership Engagement on Woodruff programs and events for the Office of the EVPHA

    Bookkeeping & Progress Monitoring

    + Enter, track, and justify EVPHA/WHSC Program and Operational expenses; ensure necessary approvals.

    + Prepare letters of funding, ensuring compliance with all University policies and approvals.

    + Complete journal transactions for approved expenditures against WHSC/EVPHA/Woodruff Fund budgets

    Administrative Support

    + Support with meeting coordination, room reservations, and Edit and review documents for meetings and programs

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + A bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field.

    + Five years of experience with an emphasis on project management and finance/budget analysis.

    + Expertise in use of office technology, including the MicroSoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint,) Internet, and e-mail.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
