About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Provider organization. This is your opportunity to lead initiatives that make healthcare easier for providers and better for patients. You’ll blend strategy, design thinking, and technology expertise to deliver digital solutions that matter—solutions that reduce friction, accelerate care, and create measurable business value.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Set the Vision and Drive Innovation:** **Own the product roadmap and champion new ideas that transform provider experiences. You’ll define strategy, prioritize features, and communicate a clear vision that inspires teams and stakeholders alike.

Lead Agile Delivery with Purpose:** **Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner with Research, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions at speed—embracing agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate Across the Enterprise:** **Work with cross-functional teams to align business goals with user needs. You’ll be the connector—bringing together insights from stakeholders, analytics, and design to deliver products that exceed expectations.

Measure What Matters:** **Use data and analytics to track success, uncover opportunities, and inform future strategies. Your decisions will be grounded in insights that drive adoption, efficiency, and impact.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Healthcare, Pharmacy, Digital Analytics, or Technology preferred)

• 5+ years in digital product or technology management

• Expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

• Experience influencing across multiple product teams

• Passion for user-centered design and collaboration with research and design teams

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,000 - 188,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
