The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:
RTX has an opening for a **Sr.** **Manager, SAP Data Security and SaaS Applications** (Sr. Manager, Cyber Defense) position.
This role is responsible for defining and implementing the overall SAP strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement plus bring extensive experience in deploying complex compliance and security solutions, with deep expertise in SAP security implementation across SAP BTP, Ariba, and SAC platforms. This individual will play a key role in ensuring data security and compliance are seamlessly integrated into SAP environments and business processes.
What You Will Do:
+ Define and execute the SAP data protection and compliance strategy across SAP BTP, Ariba, and SAC.
+ Design, configure, test, and deploy solutions for dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-based access control.
+ Lead the implementation of security and compliance tools for SaaS Data security
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sensitive data and apply appropriate protection and access policies.
+ Develop and maintain SAP security architecture, standards, and procedures.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex compliance and security issues across SAP SaaS apps.
+ Support audits, assessments, and ongoing monitoring to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
+ Continuously evaluate and enhance SAP security posture in alignment with organizational and regulatory needs.
+ Travel up to 25% to 50%
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Minimum of 10+ years’ experience with SAP security implementation across SAP BTP, Ariba, and SAC.
+ Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts, roles, and access controls.
+ Experience in designing and implementing security policies, standards, and best practices within large enterprise environments.
+ Troubleshoot complex SAP security and compliance issues across multiple landscapes.
**Qualifications We Prefer** :
+ Working experience in **security design, configuration, and deployment** across **SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)** .
+ Hands-on experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, ITAR, or CMMC).
+ Strong understanding of data classification, labeling, and export control concepts.
+ Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools for continuous compliance and policy enforcement.
+ Ability to travel 25% to 50%

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
