HTC is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Delivery Manager to manage a Project to Implement Salesforce based Application in P&C Insurance Industry.

Responsibilities:

+ Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations.

+ Lead Large-scale work streams requiring specific knowledge of Salesforce Financial Cloud.

+ Implement an Agency Management Solution for Insurance industry.

+ Leading teams of people on-shore and off-shore to deliver salesforce solutions.

+ Exoerience in Managing and Delivering salesforce transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic path.

+ At least 8 years of exp in project delivery on a large salesforce transformation.

+ Must have worked in multiple full lifecycles implementations.

+ Ability to execute and advise on Agile best practices.

+ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

+ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

+ Motivated, persistent eager to optimize, drive for excellence.

+ Strong communication, leading and presentation skills (Verbal and written).

Experience:

+ 8 plus years of Experience.

+ Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud.

+ Experience with Insurance Agency Management Applications is highly desired.

+ Knowledge of Insurance Carrier Integrations.

Qualification:

+ Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field.
