Solution Consultant

Join our team to build high-performance interoperability solutions within the complex healthcare IT space. This role is ideal for a developer with a passion for healthcare data integration, cutting-edge technology, and solving complex challenges. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining systems that ensure seamless, secure exchange of critical healthcare data.

Software Engineer

We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer to develop and maintain mission-critical web applications that support large-scale data processing, reporting, and integration across major platforms like VA systems and Oracle Health. Your work will involve designing, developing, and maintaining applications using ASP.NET and .NET Core, developing RESTful APIs with frameworks like Angular or React, and interfacing with IRIS and SQL Server databases. You will play a key role in driving modernization efforts and ensuring that code meets all VA cybersecurity compliance requirements.

Technical Project Manager – Payer Services

Take on a key leadership role guiding cross-functional teams and delivering complex, high-impact healthcare IT projects for our Payer Services clients. This position requires strategic oversight, comprehensive planning, proactive risk and resource management, and strong executive client engagement. You will be responsible for refining delivery practices, driving operational improvements, and providing mentorship, ensuring exceptional, high-quality project outcomes.

What You Bring:

We are looking for candidates with a variety of skill sets across technical mastery, strategic leadership, and industry expertise. Specifically, our requirements include extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as:

+ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

+ AWS

+ Development skills using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs.

+ Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, along with expertise in scope control and SOW preparation for technical projects. F

+ For specialized roles, this includes technical knowledge of healthcare interoperability, including standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and platform expertise in InterSystems Cache and ObjectScript.

+ Across all positions, we need professionals experienced in the full SDLC, capable of implementing modern practices like CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, and who demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Home Office Requirements

+ A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 1.5 Mbps for uploads is required.

+ A private Wi-Fi network with a strong, unique password is necessary to access company data or systems.

+ The company provides a monthly internet stipend. New hires must complete a speed test during onboarding and update any default router passwords to ensure secure network access.
