Your role and responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager leads the implementation of Maximo for Federal construction and infrastructure projects. This role oversees planning, budgeting, and execution across a range of project types, including commercial, residential, industrial, and public works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end delivery of Maximo-based Federal infrastructure projects.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade professionals to ensure timely, compliant execution.

* Oversee project budgets, schedules, permitting, and onsite activities.

* Ensure adherence to safety codes, legal regulations, and quality standards.

* Lead project meetings, track milestones, and resolve issues to maintain progress.

* Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management

* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field

* At least 5 years of experience managing Federal IT or Maximo-related contracts

* Minimum of 5 years overseeing cross-functional teams and technical delivery

* At least 5 years of experience managing Maximo or similar enterprise application projects

Required Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Experience with Federal construction or infrastructure programs

* Familiarity with Maximo implementation best practices and lifecycle management

* Strong understanding of Federal acquisition regulations and compliance standards

* Proven ability to lead stakeholder communications and manage competing priorities

* Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
