    Emerald Isle, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Training Center Program Manager in Washington, D.C.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership.

    + Responsible for quality and efficiency, to include both technical issues and business processes.

    + Organizational authority to execute the requirements.

    + Oversee assignment of tasks to personnel, provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources.

    + Authority to commit the company and make decisions for the company in response to Government issues, concerns, and problems.

    + Readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

    Position Requirements

    + Ability to pass Federal background investigation.

    + A minimum of ten years of project management experience managing complex projects.

    + It is desired that the PM has the following qualifications:

    + A Master's degree in Business Management, Project/Program Management, or a related field.

    + Experience with managing projects in support of the United States Department of State highly desired

    + An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.

     

    Position is located in Washinton, D.C.

    The salary range for this position is** **$145,000 - $175,000
