Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a **Senior EIDS Cyber Lead** to support the BNATCS program, providing leadership and oversight of all cybersecurity and Enterprise Information and Data Systems (EIDS) functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that ensures compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the program.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the EIDS cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and execution across the BNATCS program.

+ Provide cyber and information assurance oversight ensuring compliance with federal and customer cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, FedRAMP).

+ Serve as the primary interface with customer security stakeholders on cyber posture, risk, and incident response.

+ Partner with IT, Engineering, and Program Operations teams to integrate cybersecurity into systems design, deployment, and sustainment.

+ Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and mitigation planning.

+ Ensure continuous monitoring, configuration management, and reporting of cyber risk posture.

+ Develop and manage cybersecurity metrics and reporting for leadership and customer review.

+ Lead, mentor, and guide a distributed team of cybersecurity and EIDS professionals.

+ Support proposal and growth initiatives by contributing to solution design and pricing for future program phases.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

+ 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level cybersecurity programs or teams within federal or defense environments.

+ Strong understanding of NIST, RMF, and related federal security standards.

+ Experience supporting or leading cyber operations within large-scale, complex programs.

+ Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.

+ CISSP, CISM, or related certifications strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
