    $72,800.00 - $101,774.00 - $130,728.00

     

    RN, Maternal Fetal Medicine Practice

     

    SIGN ON BONUS for RN with 1 year outpatient practice experience.

     

    Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices is looking for an experienced **Women's Health** team!

     

    + Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing and quality assurance checks.

    + Provide clinical support patients seen by perinatologists

    + Establishes plan of care, sets priorities and implements the plan of care with patient/family and team/provider input.

    + Develops patient trust and engages the patient/ family in care and treatment. Understands social and cultural differences that might impede patient care

    + Perform daily scheduled patient nurse visits;

    + Monitor/work all clinical portal messages

    + May assists in visits and procedures for patients seeking abortion services or services for pregnancy loss such as collecting supplies, printing consents, organizing instruments, medications, and/or assisting during insertion of cervical dilators for surgical abortion procedures

    • **Required Work Experience:**

    + Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.

    + Minimum of 2 -3 years of nursing experience, women's health nursing experience strongly preferred

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks/priorities

    + Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    Schedule & Location

    + Location - 759 Chestnut Street

    + 32 hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:15-4:45

    + Sign On Bonus Eligible
