    Clean Harbors is seeking a **Branch Manager of Operations- National Abatement** to join our safety-focused team! The Branch Manager of Operations-National Abatement will oversee and manage the abatement program activities from the perspective of revenue quality and margin performance within an assigned territory. This role will focus on operational leadership of abatement team personnel to deliver and execute advantageous and desirable abatement work, products, strategic alignment, and collaboration. Key responsibilities include managing abatement personnel teams and their assigned equipment assets at optimal levels, to include developing abatement team with personnel, and building a strong network of internal and external resources. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder relationship management, financial accountability & functionality, leadership of assigned personnel teams, and cross-functional collaboration across logistics, compliance, and risk management. The Branch Manager of Operations National Abatement will monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals from overall abatement team perspective and at an individual abatement project.

    + Responsible for the revenue growth for the line of business as assigned.

    + Exercise program oversight for revenue quality and margin performance of the line of business as assigned.

    + Identify new revenue streams including ancillary revenue streams.

    + Monitor and report National Abatement performance by territory and by business unit within parameters of budgeted expectations of producing revenues and margins.

    + Responsible for the leadership of proper scoping of work and developing appropriate quotes with corresponding work plans and execution of the quote to cash cycle.

    + Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

    + Event Readiness: Ensuring equipment staging, preventative maintenance, and capital planning are executed effectively, while developing and maintaining a abatement team/s.

    + Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, client needs, public safety priorities, and regulatory requirements.

    + Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, government agencies, industry stakeholders, etc

    + Cross-Functional Leadership: Leading regional and national cross-functional collaboration, overseeing logistics coordination, compliance adherence, and risk management initiatives.

    + Financial and Operational Oversight: Managing financial and operational KPIs, including revenue-to-budget alignment, project pipeline tracking, and performance metrics

    + Ability to analyze data as it relates to the revenue and margin improvement opportunities.

    + Strong leadership ability

    + Must be at the corporate office as needed

    + Extremely organized and attention to detail

    + Ability to translate financial and statistical data into understandable terms for line managers

    + Ability to organize action items into ongoing and sustainable programs

    + Ability to understand an issue and address and resolve strategically

    + Must be willing to travel

    + 10 years of experience in financial management, operations, or business development; experience in the 5 years direct or 7 years indirect experience in the respective Line of Business

    Preferred:

    • 7-10 years of experience in the environmental industry, or related industries
