    BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Physical Therapist** - (Pool) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. At **Madonna Ptak Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center** , you will find a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering personalized care tailored to your specific rehabilitation needs.

     

    Madonna Ptak Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center is located on the campus of Morton Plant Hospital and offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy in combination with complex nursing services.

    Physical Therapist Pool Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

    + Deliver physical therapy services to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in a SNF setting.

    + Utilize therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to restore function and mobility.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.

    + Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

    + Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.

    + Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

    + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

    Requirements:

    + Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy

    + Preferred Master's Physical Therapy

    + Preferred Doctorate's Physical Therapy

    + Preferred 1-year Physical Therapist
