Director System Business Ops - Perioperative Services Summary:

+ Leads and oversees the financial planning for Perioperative Services across the health system.

+ Responsible for maximizing revenue, operational efficiency, operating room surgical and procedural scheduling, capital planning, staff schedule optimization and staff productivity.

+ Provides analysis, direction and oversight within Perioperative Services to include Sterile Processing in developing, implementing and monitoring strategic and operational long-term and short-term financial planning, forecasting and optimization of resources.

+ Identifies opportunities and leads in implementing performance improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree Finance or Business Administration with a focus on finance.

Required Experience:

+ Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration with a focus on finance and process improvement in a healthcare setting.

+ Excellent strategic planning, financial management and business development skills.
