• Senior Applications Specialist

    OceanFirst Bank (Philadelphia, PA)


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Bachelor's degree in business administration or technology related fields or equivalent work experience required.

    * 5 - 7 years of experience with supporting core bank, lending, digital applications, branch and/or document storage systems, and managing process improvement initiatives. Fiserv Premier or similar banking system preferred

    * 5 years of professional technical experience with strategy, planning, and business analysis is preferred.

    * Deep understanding of digital banking platforms.

    * Demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion - on time and budget - communicating updates to the business line and team, utilizing the project management tools on hand.

    * Experience mentoring or coaching a team preferred.

    INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

    * Will interact with a range of bank employees in a variety of seniority levels. Must have strong interpersonal skills.

    * Frequent internal contact with department and senior managers on Information Technology issues or information requests.

    WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
