The Coordinator, Digital Content will assist the content team in the planning and execution of content across Tennis Channel and PickleballTV social media channels and podcast(s). We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about getting into production, is organized, has an excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn.T his position is based in Santa Monica and currently requires being in the office 3-4-days/week. Role allocation is 60% administrative support and 40% digital content activation.

In this role you will:

+ Create and edit short videos and graphics using Adobe Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop with a focus on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

+ Digital & Social Content support including on-site content collection, production equipment transportation, and content editing & producing

+ Collaborate with production teams on planning, scheduling and execution of content

+ Minimal support of the social media team including community management and sourcing & organizing footage

+ Track metrics from key content series and Ad Sales deliverables

+ Update Asana, Production tracker and minimal updates in ENG Calendar

+ Help organize digital content calendar

+ Provide research for feature series, and entry-level production tasks to support shoots.

+ Monitor daily trends, stay on top of what competitors are producing daily, and find ways to use that as inspiration when pitching ideas

+ Request, develop, and deliver Marketing assets to agencies and distribution platforms

+ Assist SVP, Marketing with admin support including booking travel, submitting expenses, processing invoices, contract submissions, calendar management, and meeting preparation

+ Assist SVP, Marketing with presentations for weekly internal and external reporting

+ Assist SVP, Marketing with weekly priority and goal tracking, reviews/approvals, within a central, department project management system

+ Assist Department with hiring and onboarding new team members

Qualifications:

+ An interest in production, content, social media, and podcasts

+ Strong content/editorial judgement, production and writing skills

+ Highly organized and experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

+ Superior attention to details is a necessity

+ Ability to work well both independently (especially during the weekend shifts) and in a team environment

+ Have a positive team player attitude during long production days

+ Available to work nights and weekends around the tennis calendar

+ Knowledge of video editing and graphic design software, native social analytics/insights

+ Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $23.75 to $26.44 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
