We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Specialist II to join our dynamic Event Strategy team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide and executive-level events, ensuring seamless logistics, engaging presentations, and memorable experiences. You’ll collaborate across departments and with external vendors to deliver high-impact internal events such as town halls, service celebrations, and award ceremonies.
What you will do in this role:
+ Coordinate logistics for large-scale and internal events, including setup and vendor management
+ Create pre-event pitch decks and post-event lessons learned presentations
+ Manage event inboxes and respond to attendee inquiries
+ Maintain licensing agreements, catalog event files, and handle invoicing
+ Compile post-event surveys and feedback
+ Track and manage promotional item inventory
What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event/project management, marketing, or related field
+ 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination (corporate, agency, or supplier side)
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently
+ Professional presence and a collaborative mindset
