    Summary:

    Due to increased business in the Cedar Rapids area, 3E is seeking 2–3 Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. Positions are available immediately.

     

    All candidates must successfully complete a post-offer drug screen and background check. A valid driver’s license is a plus to assist with local deliveries.

    We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing the job right. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by receiving, stocking, and preparing materials for delivery.

     

    Reports to: Warehouse Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ year ideal)

    + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods

    + Team-oriented with strong communication skills

    + Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) a plus

    + Commitment to following safety procedures at all times

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to operate a forklift

    Working Conditions:

    Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities: No

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments

    + Stock and organize materials in designated locations

    + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment

    + Assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks

    + Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
