    Forklift Operator Job Description

     

    LSI Staffing is seeking **candidates with forklift experience** starting at **$18.70/hour - $20.20/hour** with overtime hours paying up to **$30.30/hour!** You can also expect **scheduled wage progression** We are looking for candidates that are eager to work and be a part of our winning manufacturing team. We have openings for both day and night shifts with a variety of scheduled days. Plenty of opportunity for **VOLUNTARY** overtime if you want it!

     

    Wages: $18.70 - $20.20/hr.

    Responsibilities:

    + Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

    + Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, skids, and lifting devices

    + Maintain accurate inventory of materials on the production floor

    + Supply production areas with materials as needed

    + Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

    + Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

    Qualifications:

    + Previous forklift or material handling experience required

    + Ability to lift 60+ lbs as needed

    + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

    + Dependable attendance and punctuality

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
