    Pay & Schedule

    + **$18.70 – $21.75 per hour** (based on experience and shift)

    + **Overtime pay up to $30.30 per hour**

    + **12-hour shifts** available for both **day** and **overnight** schedules

    + **Temp-to-hire positions** with full-time potential

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production

    + Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or product issues promptly

    + Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime

    + Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities

    + Follow all safety and quality procedures to uphold manufacturing standards

    Qualifications

    + Previous **machine operation or manufacturing experience** preferred

    + Comfortable working with various tools, controls, and equipment

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Physically capable of meeting job demands

    + Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

    + Basic **computer proficiency** for production tracking and reporting
