Job Description
Job Summary:
The Director is responsible for AGS’s invoicing design function, the oversight and delivery of Allegis Pay technology and supplier payment integration functions. The Director partners across AGS teams and serves as FBS’s leader at a program go-live. The Director will also oversee the invoicing hyper care period for all global programs. This role requires the leader to manage teams based in the Hanover Location of AGS and requires excellent team building, collaboration, and people leader skills.

Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders in the development and design of invoicing solutions.
+ Enforce global standards for accounting, finance, invoice principles leveraged in payment processing.
+ Ensure the programs implemented are compliant and adhere to data governance.
+ Oversight and delivery of AllegisPay at the program level during implementation.
+ Proven track record in scaling technology and leveraging automation to create efficient business processes.
+ Manage and oversee changes to the AllegisPay systems and processes to ensure they work together seamlessly, aligning technology with business goals.
+ Maintain and develop relationships with external VMS partners related to invoicing processing.
+ Maintains expertise in MSP and RPO service lines to enable effective solution design.
+ Primary point of contact for invoice issue resolution during implementation and hyper care period
+ Lead, manage, and develop teams.
+ Foster an atmosphere that encourages collaboration and empowers direct reports to grow professionally and personally.
Qualifications
+ Excellent relationship and influencing skills.
+ 10+ years as a Business Leader, or equivalent; technology/ finance / accounting experience is a plus.
+ Experience partnering with Client teams / Technology Partners / Staffing Providers.
+ Experience leading a diverse, distributed team of analysts, developers, and project managers, fostering collaboration and high performance across regions.
+ (preferred) Advanced understanding of SDLC, API integration, data management, cloud platforms, ETL tools and technologies
+ Experience with MSP and RPO customers and program teams
+ Appropriate risk management skills
+ Strong knowledge of the staffing and related industries
+ Ability to travel as required.
+ International business experience a plus, including awareness of pertinent business law, regulatory, tax, and foreign currency exchange issues.
+ Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
+ MBA or masters degree a Plus
Additional Information
Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $140,000-$175,000 base salary + bonus potential of up to $25,000.
