This is a fully remote position.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

+ Process audits for all lines of business, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Excess.

+ Manage assigned inventory by processing audits timely for first time and revisions as they are received from field audit regions.

+ Analyze policies and audit worksheets to ensure completion of an accurate audit advice in addition to applying manual/bureau rules and processing procedures.

+ Responsible for application of all presented training materials.

+ Interact with internal/external business partners effectively.

+ Manage assigned inventory to meet/prioritize/ maintain production and time service goals.

+ Extensive training will be provided for this role.

+ Must be professional, self-motivated, self-disciplined and exhibit a willingness to learn.

What we are looking for

+ Some college preferred or equivalent work experience.

+ Insurance experience is a plus but not necessary.

+ At least one year or more of professional work experience.

+ Microsoft Office – proficiency in Excel, Word and Power point

+ Learning Agility – willingness to learn from experiences and new situations.

+ Problem Solving – identify problems and solutions matched to the appropriate resources.

+ Attention to Detail – demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

+ Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/multi-task.
