The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Information Technology Technical Program Manager (Mid-Level or Senior)** to join the team in **Everett, WA** or **North Charleston, SC.**
Join an exciting information technology team as part of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) team as a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional IT programs to deliver innovative solutions to our business.
You will be a key member of the team, ensuring successful changes that span applications, business process integration, new and evolving data integrations, and infrastructure modernization. You will translate business needs and work with IDT&S teams to design user centric and achievable solutions which are technically sound, incremental in nature, and aligned to our strategy. You will oversee and help manage scope, technical direction, schedule performance, and budget baselines; lead stakeholder alignment and ensure adoption across BCA (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, and business functions).
Position Responsibilities:
+ Lead one or more IT integration programs from intake through delivery and sustainment, including planning, risk management, status reporting, and change control
+ Translate business problems into clear technical objectives and an incremental roadmap balancing short-term wins and sustainable long-term solutions
+ Collaborate with architects, data owners, product owners, developers, hardware teams, suppliers, and business SMEs to ensure coherent end-to-end solutions
+ Own program and project level schedules, budgets, deliverables and decision logs; manage Integrated Change Board activities and escalation paths
+ Drive data-focused outcomes: understand existing data models, identify authoritative sources of truth, define data migration/cleansing needs, and ensure data governance and lineage are addressed
+ Assess make vs. buy options with product and sourcing teams, and support vendor integration and contracting activities as needed
+ Ensure technical work aligns to compliance, stability, availability and security standards; partner with Security, Architecture and Operations to reduce production risk
+ Lead adoption and change management activities, training plans, communication, and post-incident/root-cause follow-up to lock in value realization
+ Mentor and coordinate technical/project managers assigned to cross-functional workstreams
+ System thinking and problem solving able to see the end-to-end value stream, decompose complex problems, and design phased delivery approaches
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills: able to build trust quickly with business leaders and technical teams and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and learning quickly across unfamiliar technical domains
+ Demonstrated program-level project management capability: scheduling, risk/issue management, budget tracking, and change control
+ Solid IT fundamentals: development practices, architecture fundamentals, integrations (middleware), cloud concepts, application lifecycle, and release management
+ Data fundamentals: data modeling (Domain driven design etc.), Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)/migration concepts, master data/authoritative sources, data quality and lineage
+ Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on user-centered delivery and measurable business outcomes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
+ Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 2+ years of experience in regulated industries, manufacturing, engineering, or factory technology environments or supporting engineering tools
+ 2+ years of experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud architecture
+ Experience leading integration of multiple systems and suppliers
+ Experience with engineering, digital thread concepts, or 3D work-instruction pipelines is a plus
+ Experience with enterprise architecture or data governance initiatives
+ Experience running or participating in Integrated Change Boards and formal configuration/control processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Mid-Level Summary pay range: $98,600 - $142,600
Senior Summary pay range: $117,300 - $170,200
