The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Flammability Centre of Excellence organization is looking for an **Engineering Technical Integration Specialist (Experienced or Senior)** to join the team in **Everett, Washington.**

Position Responsibilities:

+ Leads development, documentation, implementation and consultation of the application of, and compliance with, requirements for the use of engineering tools, processes and standards

+ Provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs

+ Ensures regulatory requirements are met.

+ Identifies and validates user access roles, produces tip sheets and understands system interoperability

+ Provides configuration management, coordination of changes, assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs

+ Represents Company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and/or adopts external standards for internal use

+ Develops, maintains and distributes engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity

+ Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs

+ Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5 + years of experience in leading a large project or program which required the use of project management tools & processes

+ 5 + years of experience in building project plans and communicating with multiple levels of engineering leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

+ 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Bachelor's degree or higher.

+ 3+ years of experience in planning and executing staffing and employee development strategies

+ 3+ years of experience in building positive relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting/staffing teams and candidates

+ Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Applications

+ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range Experienced (level 3): $90,100 - $121,900

Summary Pay Range Senior (level 4): $108,000 - $147,200
