As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within hospitality and educational environments, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role will include conducting regular patrols, providing strong communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to all guests, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in locations such as hotels, resorts, and educational institutions.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

+ Monitor entrances, common areas, and other designated areas within hotel and educational settings for unusual or suspicious activity.

+ Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and/or maintenance needs as encountered during patrols.

+ Communicate and engage with the public in a professional manner while representing Allied Universal at the location.

+ Support access control measures by verifying identification and permissions as required by site policies.

+ Assist with crowd management and/or event support, as needed, in hotel and school environments.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while adapting to varying working conditions depending on the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
