As a **Security Professional - Government Patrol Full-Time** in **Ashburn, VA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible in your assigned area. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment by observing and reporting any unusual activity, while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

+ Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the assigned location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and report any observed irregularities.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or incident reports relating to patrols, observations, and any security-related events.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or information relevant to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
