Our client, a leader in the data center construction and technology industry, is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be part of the procurement and contract administration department supporting project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Site Contracts Manager
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $66-$73/hourly
What's the Job?
+ Prepare Contract Strategy Documents with project management support
+ Review and assist with the development of Single Source Justifications
+ Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements
+ Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluations and negotiations
+ Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals to ensure project compliance and efficiency
What's Needed?
+ Experience in construction procurement and contract administration, ideally over 10 years
+ Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFP/RFI processes
+ Proficiency in managing negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related technical field
