Our client in Siren, is seeking a 3rd Shift Press Operator to join their team. As a Press Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting quality assurance and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Press Operator
**Location:** Siren, WI
**Pay Range:** $17/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift, 9p-7:30a (Mon-Thur)
What's the Job?
+ Operate plastic injection molding machines following standard procedures
+ Perform visual inspections on plastic components to ensure quality standards
+ Package finished products in accordance with packaging plans
+ Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What's Needed?
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Manufacturing experience/plastic injection molding preferred
+ Ability to read and understand work instructions and memos in English
+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
+ Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and accuracy
