    Job Title: Driver Check-In Clerk

     

    Shift: Monday - Thursday 12:00PM (NOON) - 10:00PM

     

    Pay Rate: $25

     

    Looking for energetic Driver Check-In Clerk responsible for the daily and weekly maintaining of routing documents, audits of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed and support sales teams with driver delivery updates and problem resolution.

    In this role, you will

    • Audit invoices and driver documents using internal systems.

    • Submit invoices for processing.

    • Use multiple systems to track delivery progress.

    • Support sales team with delivery updates.

    • Document all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.

    • Understand DOT HOS Rules and Regulations.

    • Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.

    • Check in drivers and assist with any documentation issues or driver questions.

    • Troubleshoot programs to determine routing issues and reporting errors.

    Requirements:

    • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

    • Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.

    • Time management and organizational skills.
