Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Systems Engineer - Senior to join their dynamic team. As a Systems Engineer - Senior, you will be part of the enterprise operations team supporting critical infrastructure and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Systems Engineer - Senior

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Westlake, TX (Hybrid role in Phoenix, Austin, or Westlake; Mon, Wed, Thurs)

**Pay Range:** $70

What's the Job?

+ Manage and optimize BMC Control-M infrastructure to ensure seamless workflow automation

+ Support and maintain Linux and Windows server environments for enterprise operations

+ Integrate enterprise-level systems to enhance operational efficiency and reliability

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

+ Implement best practices for system security, performance, and scalability

What's Needed?

+ Extensive experience with BMC Control-M infrastructure and workflow automation

+ Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration

+ Proven ability to support enterprise system integration and troubleshooting

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to adapt to evolving technology environments and learn new skills quickly
