What will you do?
As a Machine Operator, you will:
+ Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated packaging machinery.
+ Perform start-up and shut-down procedures safely and efficiently.
+ Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime.
+ Conduct minor adjustments and repairs as necessary.
+ Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
+ Collaborate with the production team to achieve performance and quality goals.
What are we looking for?
+ **Education** : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ **Experience** : Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Reliable availability to work an overnight 3rd shift schedule.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
