Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st shift Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 1st shift Machine Operator

**Location:** Owatonna, MN

**Pay Range:** $20.50

**Shift:** Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Operate all production and processing equipment efficiently and within quality standards

+ Record all raw materials used, machine functions, and finished goods in batch records

+ Identify and adjust machine settings to meet customer specifications

+ Perform machine maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning

+ Operate testing equipment to ensure product quality and compliance

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence

+ Basic math skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

+ Previous forklift experience and certification preferred

+ Basic computer skills are a plus
