    Our client, a leading organization in the scientific and regulatory research sector, is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Sr. Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Regulatory Analytical Sciences Team supporting global regulatory research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instrument maintenance skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to laboratory operations, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr. Laboratory Technician

    **Location:** Indianapolis, IN

     

    Pay Range: $29 - $32 hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage routine maintenance for advanced analytical instruments including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and other laboratory equipment.

    + Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to repair, maintain, and upgrade laboratory instrumentation.

    + Assist with major software upgrades for LC-MS/MS systems, ensuring compliance with Windows 11 standards.

    + Order and manage supplies necessary for method development and equipment maintenance.

    + Perform routine lab support tasks such as equipment validation, cleaning, performance verification, and batch setup.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Associate Degree in a science-related field; BS preferred.

    + Knowledge of mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, and associated software.

    + Hands-on experience with analytical laboratory equipment and maintenance.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

    + Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and external partners.
