Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting HR operations? We’re looking for a motivated **HR Administrative Support Specialist** to join our team!
Job Title: HR Record Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: 1st shift hours, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and organize both physical and digital HR records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
+ Perform document control, data entry, scanning, and auditing tasks
+ Convert hard-copy files into electronic format and update employee records in HR systems
+ Collect, sort, categorize, and securely store HR-related documents
+ Monitor task completion times and generate time study reports to support process improvement and long-term sustainability planning
What You Bring:
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Strong computer proficiency and comfort working with digital file systems
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
+ Experience with Workday is a plus
