    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Capital Markets / Trade Operations department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Trade Operations Specialist

    **Location:** Hybrid in EST

    **Pay Range:** $47

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support the end-to-end processing, settlement, and reconciliation of trades across multiple asset classes.

    + Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirm trade details with counterparties, and resolve discrepancies.

    + Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

    + Monitor trade life cycles, ensuring timely confirmation and resolution of exceptions.

    + Collaborate with trading, risk, finance, and compliance teams to deliver seamless operational support.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

    + Prior experience in Financial Services, specifically within OTC Emerging Markets and Rates Derivatives.

    + Knowledge of trade operations, middle office, or settlements (buy-side or sell-side).

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trade systems such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, or Aladdin.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
