Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

**Location:** Vernon, CA

**Pay Range:** $35.00-$40.00/hr (DOE)

**Shift:** 3rd Shift, 10:00PM - 6:30AM

What's the Job?

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems efficiently.

+ Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment to support production needs.

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and review.

+ Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with industrial equipment.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
