Are you an experienced production leader ready to make your mark with one of the most awarded food brands in the region? We’re currently **hiring a Line Production Supervisor in York, Maine** for **1st or 2nd shift, Monday through Friday** , with occasional Saturdays. This is a **direct-hire** opportunity offering **a comprehensive benefits package** and **$33 – $36.30 per hour** .

Typical daily duties:
• Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship
• Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
• Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team
• Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance
What we’re looking for:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of food manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs daily, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts
• Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
