Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with a very reputable, established and growing construction company in McFarland, WI on a highly visible and direct hire/permanent Construction Project Manager position that’s available due to continued growth and has strong development and advancement opportunities.
The company is a commercial and industrial construction company with over 50 years of experience in new building construction and remodeling. They have a strong track record of success – 20-25% year-over-year growth and the projects to double their sales in the near future. Our client specializes in tenant build-outs, design/build projects, and commercial interior build-outs, serving clients across the United States. The company is known for its attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction, making them a trusted choice for multi-million dollar projects. Their extensive portfolio includes a variety of commercial and industrial projects, showcasing their ability to meet diverse client needs. + **Compensation Plan:** Depending on qualifications/experience, this opportunity can offer up to a base salary of $200,000 plus bonus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Project Manager role is critical in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. If you are a great communicator, strong leader and highly organized, our collaborative team and incredible customers are waiting for you. Responsibilities include scheduling, contracting, budgeting, coordination of communication and more as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
+ 5+ years of Project Management of commercial construction projects. Experience with industrial construction projects is a plus.
+ Skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management.
+ Proficient with Project Management software such as Procore, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, or similar. Experience with Procore is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Budgeting.
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
