    About the Role

     

    Are you a skilled hands-on assembler with a strong background in mechanical and electrical assembly? We are looking for a detail-oriented Equipment Assembler to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you will assemble small to medium-sized equipment to high-quality standards, working from schematics, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions.     What You’ll Do

    + Assemble subassemblies and final products using technical schematics, drawings, and work instructions

    + Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting

    + Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy

    + Identify and correct assembly issues efficiently

    + Maintain accurate documentation for all assembly tasks

    + Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement

    + Train or assist peers and junior assemblers as needed

    + Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

    What We’re Looking For

    + **5+ years** of recent, hands-on experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly

    + Strong proficiency with hand and power tools

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions

    + Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

    + Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and quality standards

    + Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
