Our client, a leading organization in the engineering industry, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to join their team. As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting project teams and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Electrical Engineering Manager

**Location:** Rancocas, New Jersey 08073

**Pay Range:** $120,000 - $150,000 annually + 15% Bonus quarterly

What's the Job?

+ Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and project delivery.

+ Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

+ Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into project workflows.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in electrical engineering management or leadership roles.

+ Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, design, and safety standards.

+ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
