The **Feeder/Dispatch** role assists with key aspects of daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient trailer assignments, data accuracy, and smooth nightly workflow. This position requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: 1st shift 8am to 4pm or 2nd shift 4pm to 12am

Pay: 20.65/hr

Weekly Pay!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assign trailers to drivers and enter related data into the warehouse management system

+ Process and input employee time cards accurately and on schedule

+ Review trailer and volume forecasts to support nightly operational planning

+ Maintain daily operational reports and databases

+ Collaborate with supervisors and drivers to support logistics and distribution needs

+ Perform occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, or snow) while wearing proper attire

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
