    Our client, a leading organization in the nutraceutical industry, is seeking a Packing Technician to join their team. As a Packing Technician, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Technician

    **Location:** Valencia, CA

    **Pay Range:** $20.00 **-** $21.00/hour

    Shift:

    1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday through Friday

     

    3rd Shift 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM; Sunday through Thursday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment.

    + Inspect, pack, and palletize finished products in accordance with standard procedures.

    + Monitor work activities to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.

    + Maintain accurate logs and records of cleaning and production activities.

    + Perform in-process quality checks and identify defective products without disrupting workflow.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

    + Minimum of 6 months manufacturing or warehousing experience.

    + Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures in English.

    + Basic math skills for adjusting equipment and calculating measurements.

    + Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and hand tools.
