    Pay: $23–$25/hour + $2/hour shift differential (based on experience)

     

    Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate CNC machines and lathes to produce precision parts.

    + Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Experience on CNC Mills / Lathes

    + Ability to read and understand technical documents.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    + Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
