Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr Program Manager to join their team. As a Sr Program Manager, you will be part of the Sales Enablement team supporting global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** REMOTE, CA
**Pay Range:** $28-33/hr
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate and execute training and enablement initiatives to support sales teams and organizational goals.
+ Maintain and update training content and materials, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
+ Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content development and review.
+ Host enablement sessions and facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
+ Work cross-functionally with global Customer Experience (Cx) stakeholders to ensure program success.
What's Needed?
+ Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools and sales enablement platforms.
+ Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and training support.
+ Strong administrative skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
