As a Site Analyst, you will be part of the Solutions Center supporting global IT operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Site Analyst

**Location:** ON-SITE in Wickliffe, Ohio

**Pay Range:** $35

What's the Job?

+ Serve as a local site resource to resolve technical issues requiring face-to-face or local knowledge.

+ Research and resolve technical problems/issues for end users, working as primary level 1/2 support when needed.

+ Provide training and education to the local end user community on IS systems and processes.

+ Create, update, and review knowledgebase documents related to the local site.

+ Collaborate with vendors or third-party companies for advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and installations.

What's Needed?

+ A four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10, Microsoft Office 2013 & 365, and common internet browsers.

+ Knowledge of Citrix, Adobe products, and mobile devices such as iPhones/iPads and Android devices.

+ Working knowledge of Windows Internals, Networking Fundamentals, and Information Security Fundamentals.
