• Maintenance Technician

    Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facilities Technician

    **Location:** Greer, SC

    **Shift:** Days 6am-2:30pm Sun-Thurs

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Replace air filters in HVAC systems according to scheduled maintenance calendar

    + Clean evaporator and condenser coils using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment

    + Document filter changes and coil cleaning activities in maintenance logs

    + Assist senior maintenance technicians with complex repairs and installations

    + Help troubleshoot basic facility systems under supervision

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Basic understanding of HVAC systems preferred

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions

    + Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

    + Strong attention to detail and reliability
