Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Bldg Engineer to join their team. As a Bldg Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting the maintenance and operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Building Engineer

**Location:** Riverside, MO

**Pay Range:** $36.25

What's the Job?

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, and life safety systems

+ Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards

+ Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs

+ Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation

+ Support vendor interactions and assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience

+ Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills

+ Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving needs
