Job Title: Production Associate
Time: 1st shift: 6am-230pm and 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm
Pay Range: $18-$20
What’s the Job?
+ Operate and monitor production equipment including milling and blending machinery
+ Perform routine tasks such as pulverizing, screening, and classifying powder materials
+ Handle dusty materials while adhering to safety protocols including use of dust masks, ear protection, and safety eyewear
+ Conduct basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
+ Accurately perform mathematical calculations for production measurements and percentages
+ Use Excel and Word for basic documentation and reporting
+ Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
+ Work independently with minimal supervision while staying on task
+ Follow all facility rules including non-smoking policies and PPE requirements
What’s Needed?
+ Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment functions
+ Ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
+ Familiarity with forklift operation (preferred)
+ Proficiency in basic computer functions (Excel and Word)
+ Must be clean-shaven where dust mask contacts skin to ensure proper fit
