    Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Data Analyst (Jersey City) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Data Analyst (Jersey City), you will be an integral part of the Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) team supporting critical regulatory compliance and technological transformation initiatives.     What's the Job?

     

    + Design and develop data ingestion, rules authoring, execution, and analytics capabilities to support regulatory compliance initiatives.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replace legacy applications within Treasury Technology through meticulous system design.

    + Analyze complex data sets to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.

    + Implement and optimize SQL queries, preferably with Oracle Exadata databases, to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

    + Utilize programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET to develop scalable data solutions and automation processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Over 10 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a delivery-focused techno-functional role.

    + Strong knowledge of SQL programming, especially with databases such as Oracle Exadata.

    + Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or .NET.

    + Deep understanding of Capital Markets, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations.

    + Familiarity with regulations such as Basel IV, CRR, and CRD IV within the Capital Markets space.
