    Our client, an industry leader in construction and data center infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Construction Site Contracts Manager

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $59-$65/hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and operating workers on-site.

    + Implement measures to motivate employees and improve construction methods, equipment performance, and project quality.

    + Review project operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve construction or processing issues.

    + Develop and oversee project tracking and quality control systems, analyzing construction, quality, and maintenance data to detect issues.

    + Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances to maintain a productive work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5-7 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.

    + Associate's degree in business, construction management, or a related field preferred.

    + Proficiency in contract drafting, change management, and familiarity with ARIBA.

    + Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
