Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department, supporting cross-functional teams involved in innovative medical device development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Independently plan, execute, and direct complex cross-functional engineering projects, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and standards.
+ Manage multidisciplinary teams including regulatory, risk management, quality, technical communications, and supplier quality to achieve project goals.
+ Oversee all financial aspects of product development, including capital expenditures and cross-functional expenses, ensuring budget adherence.
+ Identify and resolve complex engineering and project-related problems, developing innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks.
+ Ensure project documentation and labeling comply with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant guidelines.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management within the medical device industry.
+ 2-5 years of experience in matrix management, coordinating across multiple departments.
+ Thorough knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and quality management systems applicable to medical devices.
+ Strong project management skills with familiarity in methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and proficiency with project management tools.
